Knee Surgery
It looks like I won't be taking part in STP afterall. I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee yesterday. It is nice to finally get moving on it. Dr. Sotto performed a lateral release on the reticulum, cleaned up the rough carti
lage on the back of my knee cap and from it's groove. He also excised Plica. I have some lovely stockings and a nice knee brace.
I am looking forward to being able to run and be pain free!
